1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at savegreensolutions.com.au or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

"We", "us", and "our" refer to SaveGreen Cleaning Solutions ABN PENDING. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or website user.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services across Greater Sydney, NSW. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular home cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • End-of-lease / vacate cleaning
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Specialist cleaning (ovens, bathrooms, BBQs)

The specific scope of work will be confirmed in your quote or booking confirmation.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the time of service.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, pet hair removal, or tasks outside the agreed scope
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice

4. Bookings and Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email or SMS) from us. We operate during our standard hours: Mon–Sat 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
  • If access is not provided, we may charge a call-out fee
  • We aim to arrive within the scheduled time window but may be delayed by prior jobs, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply
  • No-show / same-day cancellation: The full quoted amount may be charged
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to extenuating circumstances (illness, severe weather) and will notify you as soon as possible

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking
  • Invoices for recurring services are issued as agreed (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) and are due within 7 days
  • Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on overdue amounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 14 days

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the completed service
  2. Describe the areas or tasks you are not satisfied with
  3. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the specified areas at a mutually convenient time

The guarantee covers the scope of work outlined in your booking confirmation. It does not cover damage, stains, or conditions that existed prior to our service or that require specialist restoration.

8. Liability and Insurance

We carry public liability insurance to cover accidental damage or injury caused by our cleaners during the course of work. In the event of accidental damage:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description
  • We will assess the claim and facilitate a resolution through our insurer
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or the reasonable repair/replacement value of the damaged item, whichever is lesser

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value that were not disclosed prior to the service.

9. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking
  • Ensure the property is reasonably accessible and safe for our team
  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before the service
  • Notify us of any hazards, allergies, or special requirements
  • Inspect the work upon completion and raise any concerns promptly

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by SaveGreen Cleaning Solutions and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only
  • You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or services for users who breach these terms
  • Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
