How do I book a cleaning service?

You can request a free quote through our website, call us on 0457 587 715, or email us directly. We'll confirm the details and schedule a time that works for you — usually within 24 hours.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Absolutely. We understand plans change. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll happily reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.

Do you offer same-day or next-day bookings?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Same-day availability depends on our schedule, but next-day bookings are usually possible. Call us for the fastest response.

What areas of Sydney do you service?

We cover 80+ suburbs across Greater Sydney including the Inner City, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, and the Sutherland Shire.

How much does a typical cleaning cost?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. For regular clients, we can set up convenient recurring invoicing.

Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?

Yes! Clients on weekly or fortnightly schedules enjoy discounted rates compared to one-off bookings. The more frequently we clean, the less time each session takes.

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes, all our products are pet-friendly. We never use harsh chemicals, bleach, or ammonia-based solutions. Your furry friends are safe during and after every clean.

Are your cleaners insured?

Are cleaners police-checked?

Every SaveGreen team member undergoes a national police check before joining our team. We also conduct reference checks and provide ongoing training and supervision.

What if something is damaged during a clean?

In the rare event of accidental damage, our $10M+ insurance policy covers it. Report it within 24 hours and we'll resolve the matter promptly — no hassle.
